Ministry Coordination Team

The Ministry Coordination Team (MCT) exists to provide direction and ancouragement for lay-led ministries at FBC McKinney. This team is the first point of contact for new ministry ideas and a valuable resource for existing ministries seeking to grow and expand. Their job is to also insure cooperation and coordination among all the various lay-led ministries of the church. Goal: Help people find their passion in ministry.

Purpose Statement:   The Ministry Coordination Team exists to prayerfully assess, facilitate and encourage the formation and growth of Spirit-directed, lay-led ministries.

Scriptural Mandate:  Ephesians 4:11-13 "It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."
