The FSC Fitness center is excited for the community to know about its new weight equipment. The Magnum line of equipment that is available, is easy to use, very smooth motion, and a great workout!. You can achieve a total body workout, if time is a factor, or go with a structured routine to firm, strengthen and condition those individual areas. We also have a total body workout for those wanting simplicity or wanting to just get started, in our Circuit room. What ever your goals are or level of exercise you are at, we have what you need to reach your goals.
The FSC FitnessCenter is creating a dynamic opportunity for group fitness. We are launching in November a Pilates class on Thursday mornings.We are very excited about the group fitness program and how this will encourage and inspire you to be around others with the same goals.
